We were up 3 rock last night too and I couldn’t believe the rocks that were across the bottom of the boneshaker..

ha ha .. unfortunately it was the crap-at-cycling looney that caused the crash and not the rock laying looney!

back on form .. unfortunately i was back on great form till i had a crash ont he boneshaker. Now my hadn hurts even more

Yeah great new trail with fast and dry conditions last night. As Tom said be careful on the bottom section of the boneshaker as that lunatic has been putting out boulders again. Very strategically placed too - around blind turns and on the outside edge of fast corners etc.

That new trail is even better than I had hoped it would be, your going to love it, I was starting to remember my way around it pretty quickly,and the climb back up the rocky route cleared by Oisin and Rob makes a thoroughly enjoyable loop out of that first section…

After several laps we did a lap of the club course and made for home, down the full boneshaker, …which is boulder strewn again,..There was eight of us out, including Paddy who seems to be getting back in form,it was a great night ride, and our final pre-wales training camp ; )
