I was well chuffed there was no big climbs, only little kickers, some of which had a nice run up to. I struggled with the heat a bit, and with the lightning fast start. Tryed to keep up with Graham and some dude from IMBRC, but lost sight of them towards the end of lap 1. Came 17th in the end, which I'm content enough with as I was on my own for most of laps 2 and 3, so had nobody to chase. <br/>But as all my teachers used to say, must do better !!<br/>Glad of the 3 week break til round 5.
