The MAD Christmas Lash
The last and greatest event of the MAD 2007 social calendar is happening this Friday. The MAD Lash commences in the Bull and Castle, Christchurch, between 8 and 9pm. Come and meet your mtb heroes, or become a legend yourself on the night.
We’re also having a pre-Christmas spin on Sunday, riding the new trails at Ballinastoe. The pace will be Christmassy and everyone is welcome to come along. Starting cycling at 10am.
There will be a spin on St. Stephens day too - details to follow.

Just home - a couple of bottles of wine stuffed under my Sam Brown belt, thanks Dr. Robb. A bit of a slipperly slidery moment on the Luas tracks on the way home but my cat-like reflexes took care of it. Good night out - some shocking revelations. Dave is out new teen-prodigy. Tom lived up to expectations and his vivacious brother Owen was there too. The Malteasers were nice. Goose beer from America. Judith is with the band. Everyone shoud go to the Bull and Castle……….

‘new teen-prodigy’ eh? i can live with that, what i can’t live with is this headache though. I couldn’t get a taxi so i ended up walking all the way home to terenure….
…headache’s and long walks aside it was a great night, bull and castle is brilliant and the free malteasers we’re lovely!

oh and for the record i didn’t get home till 4:57…still not sure how it took me 2hours + to get home though :S
