The racing was amazing - it is really hard to describe the night laps. Just think of what would happen to (much longer) bench cut in a massive storm with 1000s of riders riding it. Oh, and it is on a steeper hill. Both of us will be writing reports about it all soon - but we are still too busy to get around to it :( Put Mountain Mayhem into your calenders! Also, Mel and I will be going to Bontrager 24/12 the weekend after nationals if anyone is interested. We are taking part in the two person mixed 12 hour race... All the past couples (Kate Potter, Jenny Copnall etc...) are doing it with their partners - will be the fight of the UK/Ireland's fastest couple :P Ryan Mel’s category was mixed Elite/Expert.
