Mountainbiking Association of Dublin

There will be an easy spin, suitable for everyone from total beginners
and upwards, this Saturday at 10am.

We’ll be meeting at the Yellow House in Rathfarnham as usual, with the
destination to be decided on the day depending on who turns up, and
what the doc allows me to do.

If you’re driving and would rather meet us at whichever destination we
choose, then let me know by email or phone
(086 6087046) and we can sort it out on the day (i.e. you’ll get a
call giving you 20 minutes to get to the chosen car park!)

MAD haven’t had a beginner spin in a while, so this Sunday there’ll be a beginner spin to the Leadmines. This will be a relatively short spin, about 2 hours, at a relaxed pace.

We’ll meet at the Yellow House at 11am Sunday, or across the road from the Kilternan Country Club Hotel carpark at 12. I don’t think there’s parking here at the moment (it’s a building site right now), but there’s parking about 1k down road outside Palmer’s pub, or in the Scalp carpark (Barnaslingan Lane, next left after Palmers as you approach from town).

I’ll be taking a beginners spin on saturday morning up to 3 Rock
mountain and fairy castle etc. We’ll meet at 11am at the yellow house
in Rathfarnham or at 11:30 (ish) at the carpark in ticknock. As its a
beginners spin, the pace will be nice and gentle, and as usual all are
welcome.

Don’t forget all the necessary items such as a working bike, helmet,
spare tubes, puncture repair kit, pump, rain jacket, food and water.
